What happens when my trial ends?

Once your trial ends, we will be sending you an invoice for the upcoming month to continue your paid subscription. If you wish to continue, just settle the invoice and you’re good to go.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Western Union, Credit Cards, and Wire Transfer. Minimum Transaction amount for Western Union and Wire transfer is $300

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes! We do not require any commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. You will be charged or credited the prorated amount for your subscription difference.

How many calls can dialer make simultaneously? Will it scale to my needs?

There is no limit on simultaneous calls and on the number of agent seats. Add any number of users and they can start calling immediately.
